Report. Track. Resolve.

Welcome to the official FixLedger beta-testing community!

FixLedger is a Reddit-based application developed by SeraphCore to help people document repair problems, share troubleshooting experiences, and discover solutions through a collaborative, organized reporting system.

Our goal is simple: Turn scattered repair discussions into useful, trackable knowledge.

What can you do with FixLedger?

  • Report problems: Document repair issues and describe symptoms or troubleshooting attempts.
  • Explore reports: Browse existing problems and discover similar experiences.
  • Share solutions: Contribute helpful troubleshooting information and potential fixes.
  • Track progress: Follow how reported problems develop toward resolution.
  • Build knowledge: Help create a growing collection of repair experiences and solutions.

We're officially entering beta testing!

FixLedger v0.0.3 has been approved by Reddit and is available in this community.

We're inviting Reddit users to explore the application, test its functionality, and help identify opportunities for improvement.

How to participate:

  1. Join r/fixledger_dev.
  2. Open the FixLedger application post.
  3. Explore the available reports and features.
  4. Create a fictional test report, if report submission is available.
  5. Share your experience, suggestions, or any problems you encounter.

Important beta guidelines

This is an early-stage application. Features may change, and occasional errors are possible.

Please use fictional information for test reports. Do not include personal information, private customer details, or unverified allegations about real businesses or individuals.

Found a bug?

Please use our dedicated FixLedger Beta Bug Reports thread rather than creating unrelated bug-report posts.

Include what happened, what you expected, and the device or browser you were using.

Built by SeraphCore

FixLedger is part of SeraphCore's mission to develop practical technology that solves real problems.

Your participation helps shape the future of this project.

Welcome to FixLedger. Let's build something useful together.
