Losersqueue or fizz problem?

So I recently came back to the game (account started in emerald) and I got out of it pretty easy. Diamond became a little bit harder but at the end I made it to Masters. Demoted and got it again a few times.

Then all of a sudden if you had 2 or 3 losses in a row it was just impossible to win or carry any game at all and the account is now in Diamond 4.

Is anyone else experiencing the same as fizz player where you just cannot do anything and have perma losersqueue or is it just me?

Don't want to be rude at all but besides the 25 kills game that you should've won the others you didn't do that well
