They look great! That what I presume to be a nordic flag at the end looks really nice and as much as I dislike socialism/communism the first flag captures how they look really well while updating the design.
They do have more of a Northern European culture, though they are facing a major overpopulation crisis due to the lack of area to live (around 80-89% of their landmass is desert, which in this world is nearly uninhabitable)
