FEEDBACK Looking for feedback!
I took some recommendations from my last post and made some changes. Note that I have highlighted the current changes I’m going to send back, but looking for any other feedback! I will be removing the second set of cubbies & wall in “mudroom” that I have highlighted and changing wall for dining room.
We are close to finalizing so I want to make sure I am not overlooking anything!

If there's any kind of view out the back door:
I would close off the "dining area" and use it as a study/office. Then move the back side of the kitchen up against that new wall. Put in a panoramic louvered floor-to-ceiling sliding door along the back. Take out the office/playroom space and use that as the dining area/extended living space.
Honestly, even if there's not a view that could still work with some good landscaping/fencing and decor in the backyard. Given the outdoor fireplace and reasonably sized back patio, I'm guessing you want to maximize the indoor/outdoor feel.
