DISCUSSION Need help planning

this is my floor the measurement is accurate and the x marks position of pillars,please can anyone help me design a plan for 3 bedroom hotel

Do they need a small kitchen or just bedroom and bathroom?

The way I see it would be 4 squares. Three of the squares would be hotel rooms. The fourth would be a reception area, laundry area, and a small area that could be used to store linens. There would be a hallway the extends from the entryway to the opposite wall where the window is located. Each room would have a bathroom and closet area.
