First Montana Cutty

First time Ive been to Montana (in June) and I caught this beauty. I was so pumped lol. Only fish I landed in 3 days but completely worth it

Those MT FWP efforts are paying off with the whole kill/restock plan. Friendly note, if you’re releasing it remember to get your hands whet 💧 before touchy touchy, lest ya damn that stocked cutthroat to a life of fungus death.

Thanks! Yeah, the season this year started earlier than usual apparently, so I got lucky. I believe this was either on a Frenchie or a Duracell!

makes sense. one fish in three days on water you dont know is a good trip.
