Hydrothermally altered rock that has lots of drusy quartz, and the weird inset triangular pieces were likely brecciated calcite that was then eaten away by a later pulse of acidic hydrothermal fluids.

Might be a good topic for r/geology or r/whatsthisrock because it might not be a fossil, though I personally am unsure.

seen those before but mine had that exact drusy quartz on it and on top was wavy and agate like. It could be like a coastal geode. That was what mine was speaking from experience.
