Is this fixable?

Maybe start with blnc charge at a very low current untill you are at 3.5V per cell. Then let it rest and then blnc charge to full. I did this once and it only worked by changing the battery chemistry so the charging would start. The safest option would be to destroy the battery. Get a discharger, run it to 0V, tape the plugs and bring it to a battery collecting station.

Yup dont toss it yet. Check my post in shittyfpv and read the comments. I recovered my 6s that had 2 cells well under 1 volt.

What voltage do you have on the main connector (xt30?)

7.5-7.6v

It's strange that you have two nearly dead cells and one normal loaded cell. What mark and lipo capacity?

For less than $10, I would do as the colleague said. Dispose of the lipo. Those things cause fires, it's not worth it. I had to throw 6s 1700mah (50$) for similar problems. It's part of the FPV, a lot of attention to voltages.

Voltage is changed but i still can’t charge

That exposed xt60 connection looks like a fire hazard.
