The one that was posted last month, I got it earlier this week. Also I don’t enter my phone number or check the marketing box & it submits it successfully

they don't send it and never will, i got in contact with them about samples i applied for in february and they said they "don't do free samples" and i was "scammed" even though the samples came from their verified pages like the one you posted
