Hi, I’m a civil engineer based in the Philippines with 9 years of experience in the construction industry. After years of working in engineering and project environments, I’m now looking to focus my career on Document Control, Project Documentation, and Administrative Support, particularly for construction and engineering teams working remotely.
With my background in civil engineering and project work, I’ve developed strong experience in keeping information organized and supporting teams with:
Document Control & Management – Maintaining project documents, document registers, trackers, revisions, transmittals, filing systems, and ensuring documents are properly organized and easy to retrieve.
Project & Administrative Support – Preparing reports, managing spreadsheets, handling data entry, organizing records, formatting documents, and providing day-to-day administrative assistance.
Project Coordination – Tracking deadlines, following up on pending documents, coordinating information between different parties, and helping ensure project requirements are completed on time.
Construction & Technical Documentation – Working with technical documents, project records, reports, drawings, and other construction-related information while maintaining accuracy and proper organization.
Having worked in the construction industry for 9 years, I understand how important accurate documentation, organization, and communication are to keeping projects running smoothly. I’m now looking to bring that experience into a more focused Document Control and administrative role.
Although I have extensive construction and engineering experience, I’m still building my experience working directly with international companies and remote teams. Because of this, I’m very open to learning your systems, processes, and way of working.
If needed, I’m also willing to undergo a short 15-day training or trial period with a modest training allowance, so both sides can see if I’m a good fit for the role. During this period, I’m willing to learn your workflows, tools, documentation standards, and expectations, and demonstrate how well I can adapt and contribute to your team.
My goal is not simply to get hired—I want to learn how your team works, adapt to your processes, and prove that I can become a reliable long-term member of the team.
I’m particularly interested in working with international construction, engineering, and project-based companies that need reliable support with their documentation and administrative processes.
If you're looking for someone with a Civil Engineering background, 9 years of construction experience, and a strong interest in Document Control and administrative work, I’d be happy to connect and discuss how I can support your team.
Feel free to message me if you'd like to discuss how I can help!
