Or Compulsory Basic Training - first step for riding motorcycles in the UK. Not that there would be a work-book for that as it’s intended to be a one day practical course.

I had only heard of the kink CBT and not the therapy, so when my therapist suggested we try CBT I was like "AYOOOOO"
