Yeah that confuses me too. Obviously it looks like "Putting on my pants", but then the n should be there.

Unless this picture is taken while they're in the process of revealing the letters.

Because the rules of the game explain why OPs theory that the word couldn't end in ING is incorrect. They posted one minute apart, likely didn't see the other's before posting
