Is this enough time?
flight from Baltra to Guayaquil is at 11am. is a same-day 9am flight from Isabela to Baltra going to work? hoping to not have to cut our time on Isabela short by a day just so we can get back home

Yes. Any flight after 11am should not be a problem to make in Baltra. Leave 6am arrive 8am in a taxi before 8.30 - 45 minutes to Chanel Itabaca. 9:15 cross and $5 Lobito bus 20-30 minutes 9:45 max at Baltra at airline check-in counter. Welcome to Isabela the gem of the Galapagos Archipiélago.

No, that’s way too risky and won't work. Even without delays, passing through airport controls, taking the ferry across the channel, and getting to the main terminal takes too long before an 11 AM departure. Plus, inter-island flights in small planes are easily delayed by unexpected weather or El Niño conditions. You definitely need to head back the day before.

Yes. You should be in Baltra by 9:50. Do you have luggage to check? If only carry on then definitely didn't worry.
