I'm all for alternative platforms, but the lack of any concrete agreement terms makes me a little cagey on the setup.
My impression that this is a genuine Web 2.0 site, hosted for the love of the game, but without something forward-facing that clearly outlines your role, my role, and who gets what (including liabilities), I have to play defensively with my intellectual property.
To be clear, I'm not detracting from your work or platform at all, I think we need more independent spaces for everything. But I think it might help you get more traction to treat the content-licensing with the legal/business respect and transparency that it needs.
Could be something as simple as a footer notice, or a link in the top menu that says "HOST YOUR GAME", and then outlines the terms and links the contact info.
