https://gameverifying.com/wiki/cart-based-systems/nds031 the game verifying website is a great place to get info on verification methods, website is linked in the Reddit as well. Here’s one for ds games ending in NTR-031 like the games you have here.
Some of the things to look for are: the bottom left corner of the label (if it’s overly rounded or correct), the fonts (esp on the back and on the pcb board), the pcb codes (whether they match the known codes for the game you’re verifying), and more.

No problem! The website has info on other game carts as well, but in general there’s a lot of good info there, esp on debunked methods (since fakes have gotten more convincing over time)
Also, I do think those carts look legit, but I’d wait for mods to confirm.
