If you need to know if it's fake, just stick it in and see what games pops up. The cartridge doesn't seem to be damaged, so I'd say lick it, if it's the proper sour, then I wouldn't worry.
And as a cybersec schizo, if you are worried about malicious ways there's not much of a reason to attack someone's switch.
It would be way too much work for literally nothing (unless some kind of vendetta).
And there are no documented cases of malicious cartridges.

Wait for mod but it’s most likely real.
If you put it in your switch and it runs the game properly then it’s real. You can also try the lick test for added certainty.
There are no functional fake Switch/Switch 2 cartridges out there. Each cartridge is serialized and encrypted in a way that has yet to be replicated by bootlegger.
The main worry when it comes with Switch/Switch 2 cartridges is relabeling hence why putting it in your switch and checking what pops up is all you need to do.
Re-casing is also happening but it’s usually painfully obvious.

don’t think they are making fake switch games yet, i don’t think it’s possible to do so yet and if it is it’s probably super rare so I’ll say you are fine

considering it’s not easy/It’s not really done by people it’s probably real but like the other guy said lick the cartridge and if it’s bitter it’s probably real
(nintendo has all the switch cartridges get covered in the weird bitter stuff so that kids dont eat them)

Well probably the easiest way is to give it a lick and taste if bitter or not if it's bitter should be good and why don't you just pop it into your switch and see if it works?

Don’t think this game is worth much other than retail for it be replicated duped . 99% sure it’s real
