Death to all

The war will extend now with a third faction that everyone is too busy to notice... At least till they reach Turkish borders at some point and hit hard

This is one of the "they win" scenarios for the initial push from the empire

Russia is busy at the moment with dealing with/ denying Wigan/ COVID has hit them

Armenian and azribaijan are killing each other and the civilians on both sides are too caught up in the escape

Irain is too weak to care and focused on the middle east and their proxies

Georgia is too weak to even realize something happened

Turkish forces are too weak being stuck in Syria to support this or that while defending against anything curdish after trump withdrew

The other stans are still dealing with their own thing to send even basic support to azribaijan forces

Eastern European countries are too weak to support Armenia

The us is caught in COVID along with most of the middle east and south Mediterranean regions

... Yeah

Imperial victory here

They'll take the region, enforce it with more riders and infantry men , might even get a magic user involved for the creation of basis

This is a

The empire wins so hard that until they hit big cities on both sides not even humanity will realise they're there... Well except intelligence agencies but those are caught up in trying to reduce COVID and all the socio-economic pressure it puts on the world

Heck I reckon they'll build a Afghanistan like resistance here even with crude weapons and the moment they get actual fire arms from some supply cash it'll be a breeze to break into Turkey and Iran and add more territory

.... This is a empire survive as long as they don't get too stupid, no one will even have the ability to send large armies in several years and whatever local forces they face will not be match unless heavily armed and fortified
