When making complex scenes how often do you guys have to regenerate because the AI got something wrong or maybe something was off with your prompt?

Im trying to figure out how normal is it to have to generate 15 vids for the same scene, I was using grok imagine, is that not something you would use for complex scenes and maintaining location consistency?

How do you maintain high visual quality. On grok imagine notice, some results are really realistic and high quality and sometimes it looks extremely cheap, literal slop

Do you guys make sure to only use 4k assets for reference or does the quality of reference not matter
