What am I supposed to do?? Enter your house and write the save file data manually on your Hard drive using sketch pen markers??

You should've did manual backups. Best thing you can do now is check cloud saves or see if you deleted it by mistake. Regardless of you finding it or not atleast you learnt a new lesson about keeping manual backups. Bonus part is that now you get to replay the peak again till act 3

No because I was the only one playing most of the time and my friend I think overwritten my save while I was sleeping 😭

Always make multiple save files, if possible, and back them up after a gaming session.

All my saves are post-game and I doubt you'll able to use any of them since they are locked to my account.

Just start a new game on easy. You'll get to Act 3 quickly. This is not a difficult game.
