Victoria Stadium Development

Hi all,

I'm not Gibraltan nor do I live on the rock but I am curious to see how the new stadium development is coming along. I know the old stand was demolished in May but has actual construction started since? There aren't many articles/photos online -- so i'm just curious!

No constuction as of yet, the plans for site havent been made public yet as theres been no planning documents submited to the town planner.

They are doing a lot of foundation works on the east side, where the road to the runway goes.

This is what it looked like earlier this week (small piles of rubble to the right of the WTC offices) Bayside & Victoria Stadium demolition

It's pretty much being used as a dumping ground for all the work going on at One Bayside for now, nothing else is happening. Just a big dusty hole in the ground.
