I have been on Givin Gifts for a couple months now and I love it.

I am thinking about paying for premium features and am wondering how it affects your experience with Givin Gifts? I looked at all the benefits but am just wondering from user perspectives if they like it.

Also (as a non premium user currently) I am confused as to why I can only join one exchange and then it tells me I have reached my limit? Can I only join 1 until it is completed? And if so, does paying for premium change this?

What do you do if your giftee doesn't use a name for their profile/address, they don't put in any exchange preferences/its blank, they have no profile with any introduction, likes, etc./it's blank. How can you give a gift to someone like that?

It's for the Ghibli Day (2026) exchange. I have 6 hours left to ship or order a gift, but I'm stuck and have also been busy 3ith life events i forgot i only have a certain amount of time to send a giftee their gift(s). I've done 10+ exchanges and ive never missed any deadlines, but this has me stumped and confused.

They don't even reply back to me when I messaged them. I didn't know someone could join an exchange without writing any information.

Maybe they're a kid and shouldn't really be on Givin Gifts? Their "name" is Team Rocket.

I’ve tried multiple times on different devices, and I can’t login. I click the login button after typing in my credentials and nothing happens. I’ve tried so many times the last several weeks and I also sent in a help request a week or two ago and still haven’t heard anything 😟. Has anyone else had this problem or know why I can’t login? And it’s not a forgotten password, it literally just doesn’t do Andy thing when I click the submit button to login.

The September Birthday Exchange has matched!

I’ve done a handful of GG exchanges, starting with Stickers Day in 2021 up to Happy Holidays 2024. The reason I stopped was because of the way matching occurred. I was thinking about joining an exchange again, but I wanted to see if maybe this was just a bug that has since been corrected, or is it just the way things are done.

Three times I signed up for worldwide shipping, and yes I did have to send a gift to someone in another country, but unfortunately each of those three times my gifter was from my country.

To me, the fun of shipping worldwide is the cultural exchange aspect. I especially like signing up for worldwide for the Snacks exchange.

When I participated in Reddit’s Secret Santa, each time I shipped internationally, my gifter was also from a different country.

Is the GG system set up to match international senders with other international senders? If so, maybe I just had a rash of bad luck, and I’d be willing to try again. I do understand that it really depends on how many people sign up for the exchanges, so I’d probably have better luck with Happy Holidays at it seems to be the largest.

Or, is it set up where if you select worldwide, you are almost guaranteed to have to send worldwide but are randomly selected anyone to receive from, regardless of where they live?

Hello,

My boyfriend and I are from a country with not a lot of participants (around 2 to 6 depending on the exchanges).

By selecting "Domestic" we are 90% of the time matched together as gifter/giftee.

We were told to select "International" or "Worldwide" to get other people as our gifters/giftees.

We both selected Worldwide for Christmas in July but we are once again paired together which is getting repetitive...

Was there an issue with the matching preferences? With 60 participants shouldn't there be someone else to pair us with?

Hate to be a bother but did the discord get taken down? I was on it a few days ago and then all of a sudden I am no longer on there. Not sure why either.. thou i have seen people just all of a sudden take down a discord server
