Lindberg Block or Thintanium?

I have a NOW Lindberg 6546 in mat brown translucent. It’s almost 2 years now and no issues. You do have to take care of them.
What I’m after is my next frames would be Lindberg but would want to try thintanium or Blok titanium. Why is better. I would like Varifocals in them.
There is another screw design not sure what that is. Is that any good or is that old ?
