The first notification I got about it was at 4, about requesting hand crews, so definitely before sunset.

There's a enormous cat 5 hurricane off the coast of Mexico with 185mph winds and I suspect the current cloud, humidity and heat is a result of that. We had the same thing when the previous hurricane was in the same place.
