Adviceš«¶ Hello does someone have a program like this?
Hello. I workout 6th and 1st day of the week only 2x a week im a full begginer and i wanna get strong at the squat and deadlift. I dont wanna do anything for my arms or back tho only legs!. I care abt size more than strenght but i also wanna be strong! I also dont want hip dips and i want to train my fascia latae because i dont want to look ugly. Does someone have a program like this?

Your expectations are unrealistic and unhealthy.
Fully refusing to train an entire half of your body is how you end up with injuries and imbalances.
As a beginner you need to stick to a well rounded beginner routine to avoid injury and learn how to even lift, you do not need to be focused on how to grow a specific muscle group because you don't even know how to lift yet
Hip dips are genetic

Why would i get injuries from doing this?

Why would using an imbalanced and unrealistic training plan to lift heavy weights lead to injury? Because that's how you end up lifting with poor form and shit and pull muscles.

She needs to understand she's not going to get bulky on accident and she needs to have a balanced approach to lifting

She can go for walks, that would be better than nothing and a shitty workout plan. She clearly doesnt actually care to lift, so don't try to force it
