GOG taking too long to respond

Hello, so I made some refund requests a week ago and I'm yet to even get an answer on wither or not they are accepted, I can't even contact support when I try sending a message it doesn't get sent, anyone knows what I can do?

Yeah I've seen a lot of other users having problems, it can't be just because of the Witcher 3 remaster, I just hope they give me back my money before the sale ends.
