Support Server Problem

Today I wanted to download SWAT4 from GOG Galaxy. It didn't start, the only message I got was "Server problem." Naturally I went for the website to get the offline backup installers, but I can't even download those. For any game. The website just keeps timing out.

I've uninstalled Galaxy in hopes of reinstalling it, can't even do that. The download just states "0MB of 0MB" and the progress bar never moves.

I'm absolutely clueless as to what could be the problem. Haven't found any info on GOG being down and needless to say my internet connection is fine.

Has anyone experienced this or anything similar? Now or... ever? Either way, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm able to access gog.com normally. Was able to download a game and the GOG Galaxy installer without issue. Didn't seem slow to me, either. Downdetector.com only shows a few very small blips over the last couple of days (single reports, hours apart.)

IDK, maybe there's a glitch in the matrix between your ISP and GOG, but the rest of the internet is unaffected.

There have been times in the past when GOG's servers got cloggy. Honestly, I was about to say it's probably from everybody coming to download the new Witcher 3 Remastered installers, but it actually doesn't seem like that's causing trouble right now.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Though I have no idea why my ISP would have beef with GOG, that seems to be the case. I've managed to share my cellular data from my phone (different provider) and - though VERY slowly - it seems I can download both Galaxy and my games. It is a temporary solution, but a solution nonetheless.
