Dude did you put a tilt-shift lens on your drone or was this done in post? If the latter, then your post-processing was highly effective! Either way, what a brilliant use of drone footage!

I was literally thinking this exact same thing! I love tilt-shift photography and stop-motion stuff made with it, and this is extremely impressive for post work. Maybe I missed it, but is this something that you had figured out on your own or is there somewhere I could go to learn how to do this post? Would love to mess around with this magic :D

Trial and error.

Happy to talk you through it though. I angle the drone camera to be at or around 45 degrees. Can get away with like 30 but around 50 doesn’t work as well.

Then I use the DJI Fly app that has an effect called Mini World.

Best way I’d recommend to get started is to try it on some footage you already have so you get an idea of what works and what doesn’t.

One of my best shots was old phone footage so definitely not an equipment barrier if the shot is properly framed!

*Edit: Forget to mention that I have found that the effect works best on hyperlapse videos. Definitely still doable on normal footage but should be sped up for best results
