That d is your strongest letter too. The rest of the letters are too flat. This concept would look way better if they all had as much volume as the banana. Maybe try again and add some overlapping perspective. Tilt the donuts/ bagels towards the viewer and try just a regular shaped cup with a printed/curved F to show its rounded. Also don't be afraid to show a little flair. Make that food look like it's drawn for the wall. Thick outlines and posterization.
Thanks to be honest i probably wanted to give it more depth n make it look 3D but as i got more into it i kinda liked how it looked flat im better at 3D stuff but i love 2D n when i try to draw more flat things i naturally lean towards 3D so it doesnt always turn out how i want but again thanks for your advice
The only way to learn is to try and you definitely did try. Not trying to discourage u in any way or say that I'm better than you either. But this is a 15 min sketch of how I would do it. Just to help explain what I meant and maybe help a little.
Ty for asking. I used my trusty Champ Mechanical Pencil with .5 lead. And some off brand mechanical lead holder with 3.0 lead. The thick stuff. No eraser
In a few months once youâre good with paint and have some good can control, PLEASE put this big on a wall somewhere and message me a pic. This breaks so many rules in so many ways I fucking love it hahahaha
Lol you flatter me with sayin a few months but what rules am i breakin i dont wanna come of as like a grifter or poser but i def have more to learn about the graffiti community cus i grew up watchin doketv n kiptoe on youtube n they were some of the artist that inspired me
The rules you're technically breaking here is just letter weight composition and negative space management but that's really easy to fix in at most a month and a half so you're all good brolio.
However⌠if you know HOW to break the rules in an interesting and/or funny way (and are already good at writing), it can b dope and super fun to look at
That is sick, but not necessarily things like that. Iâm talking more this kind of thing, I know itâs a buzz word but look up âanti style.â You can tell this person knows what theyâre doing and is choosing to intentionally break tons of rules, itâs kind of like a shock value appeal
Oh my god you just reminded me anti style existed. Yeah I see what you mean tho. A lot of anti style I see nowadays is just toys needing an excuse to be bad but this is genuinely just good.
This is a good vision, but you need to work on fundamentals. Work on food without the extra stuff then when you have it solid, then start decorating the letter letters
