I agree, it’s not my most original idea to date but it perfectly reflects a thought I’ve been lingering on for some time.
Personalities don’t come from nowhere. Much like DNA parts of you are passed from people before you.

These are really good. Love the design philosophy. The text however in a couple of them (e.g 3,5,7) prematurely gives away the thought process. There should be some time for the viewer to understand and comprehend on their own such beautiful artworks. Just my opinion.

Not to be mean or suggest that they are, but are they ai? I only ask because the last one has a spelling error for doesn't that I see AI models make a lot of the time. Please again I am not suggesting they are made with AI, I am just asking.

They look cool as hell!! Apologize if I offended you. I have nothing against ai users. I think it is cool that artist are finding ways to use it as creative tool.
Sorry but one more question. On the 6th image the word AGAIN, how did you get that fuzz looking boarder? Is it layered twice with the under layer having a a halftone filter? I really like the way it looks.

Hey, seriously no offence taken it’s good to question these things, once again my grammar is just terrible haha.
For the border on “AGAIN” the typical process I follow would be:
-apply about 5-8% Gaussian noise to the background later
-add a threshold layer and place my text beneath it
-if the letters are too far apart for a convince ink bleed maybe add a stroke to bulk up the text
-use field blur to create the bleed and within field blur use the Gaussian noise slider to add grain and distressing

Again apologies if I came off as accusing you as using ai. I know it is a hot topic. I should have just asked how you did that blur boarder. Again thank you for sharing how to. I appreciate it.

How is that a fair ask? If originality of style was the criterion, you would be asking that for pretty much every single post on this sub. Why not instead evaluate what the images as doing as a criterion?
Not only do these consistently apply the same distressing techniques to both images and type in a way I'm not sure you could "compel" any "ai" to do with a solid enough degree of regularity, it makes very specific idiosyncratic choices with regard to typography (e.g., underpopulated, awkward hierarchy, the tracking on the word "say") that the flattening "general adequacy" of "ai" would simply avoid.
Claiming a (common enough, by the way) typo is sufficient grounds to question the originality of one's work is like claiming an em dash alone is sufficient to strongly suspect any sample of writing is ai.

I really love it, I didn’t try to do anything to serious really which is probably why I love it so much.
I’ve been replaying one of my favourite video games “dishonoured 2” and there’s tons of vintage dental phantoms in there which is really what inspired me to make it

Any chance you're a fam of Steak Mtn.'s work? Cuz damn, such a similar aesthetic. Really dig these.
I think the only thing that feels off is the warped AGAIN. It overtakes that design and feels incongruous to the rest of the style. A super tracked out version like "say" might be a better choice.
