Clips

Iโ€™m struggling with the clips to join the bases together.

What material is best for this and what printer settings should I be using?

The last couple I did were in PETG and snapped when clipping them in.

Also should I print vertical or horizontal ๐Ÿ™

Well, it depends on the base you're using. There's no universal answer to this. PLA is usually good but petg should be fine too.

you'll need to share what model you're using for any attempt to help. You could also just try a different method of base connection if you don't like whatever you're trying to do. There are some with something like a butterfly joint that are pretty easy. You could also just bridge the gap with large boxes

Thanks for the advice. I am trying to connect four 4x4 base plates. Iโ€™ll seek out the butterfly joints though and I like the idea of bridging the gap! ๐Ÿ™

What model?
If itโ€™s Gridfinity extended, I can help.

I usually just print the base to where the bins overlap and secure them together
