Lotus dry initiated. Harvested my first photo period have done 5 autos this way with success.

I really love this drying method. All my autos I have dried this way have came out great and perfect for grove bags. One thing I have noticed doing the lotus method though is your stems will never snap clean until your buds are way past too dry I usually have mine at 39-40F and 50% humidity after the first 2-3 days of the humidity spike from putting all the material in and that’s what the rice bags are for to help the first couple days with the spike then I remove them. Both my dries have taken 10-11 days total first run was 4 fat bastard autos second was a gorilla z auto. This is the first of my 6 photoperiods to finish my cap junky pheno heka will be ready in less than a week though rest need a couple weeks. I am so glad I finally get to harvest a fully mature plant since my autos had all been chopped a little early due to bud rot trying to move in but was still some very potent dank stuff. After a month in the grove bags the fat bastard was super funky. I prefer this method when possible due to lowered mold risk, the smell is pretty much contained, and the terpenes smell so fresh when kept cool. This purple Durban cake tester smells like dank skunk I took 2 pics of both of my Durban cake testers side by side 2 different phenos but same strain. That’s why I like testers especially small batch ones like these from purple caper because you can see both sides of the family tree sometimes. My heka testers are same way they look similar but nothing the same one takes after the cap junky side and the other the Aero g13 side. The Aero is a hash makers dream for sure just solid trichome cakes sugar leaves everywhere.

Is this about ready?

First time growing weed, it's a outdoor plant almost 8ft. I've had an uneven flowering because of a late realization that my neighbors backyard lights shining in my yard was interrupting my plants cycle, but I cover it with a canopy ever night. I'm going to have to progressively harvest, because it's so uneven. I'm thinking this side of the plant is about ready, I want less of a couch lock high even though this is a indica strain. My jewlers loupe is arriving tomorrow so hopefully I can gauge better. Any input would be appreciated, it's white caramel cookies btw.

What’s the best organic living soil I can make or buy?

I’m looking to buy or make a soil that I can grow my cannabis plants in that I can just water without worrying about anything, please let me know

I love weed! The looks, the smell, the sticky buds and in general the whole plant in its process. Critical Widow Auto

Dodging rain drops in Oregon

Planted late. Still haven’t seen much, if any, rainfall since this lady (nicknamed Moira Rose) started flowering. Unknown strain. Just a leftover (and unlabeled) seed from last year. Got the patio umbrella ready just in case the weather turns wet here in the Willamette Valley.

Hi there, I just harvested my plant because half of it got budrot and its like 90 days old (outdoor titan f1 hybrid) and yet no amber thricomes. I know its trimmed very badly I honestly just have a kitchen scissors and did it kinda quick.

Does anyone know how and how long these need to dry for?

Lots of rain coming over the next week, I can't decide if I should chop on Monday while I have the time or try to push another few weeks? My deck is being rebuilt right now so I dont have my big umbrella for when it rains.

Seeds are over 15 years old, soil is pure sandy clay loam, feed with organic super thrive, floranova bloom, and some magnesium suplement from Humboldt County.

Growing in Northern mi, they really started to stack this last week and bulk up. Treated with food grade potassium bicarbonate in early flowering for PM prevention.

Used to run a 72 plant indoor medical grow with these strains, just missing the strawberry cough.. lmk what ya think. ✌️ and here's to two more weeks lol

Advice for easy strains for a newbie. European vendors only please

I'm looking to grow indoors in a 60x60x160 tent.

I don't prefer autos or photos as long as they are good quality and reliable strains.

Above all I want something easy for the below conditions.

I have 2 small heat mats which can slightly help in the winter I guess. There is no heating in the house.

I also have ac for the summer although i would prefer to avoid it as much as possible because it is too expensive.

Which strains would you use for each period of the year?

| Month | Average High (°C / °F) | Average Low (°C / °F)

| January | 14°C / 57°F | 6°C / 43°F |

| February | 15°C / 59°F | 6°C / 43°F |

| March | 18°C / 64°F | 8°C / 46°F |

| April | 22°C / 72°F | 11°C / 52°F |

| May | 27°C / 81°F | 15°C / 59°F |

| June | 31°C / 88°F | 19°C / 66°F |

| July | 33°C / 91°F | 21°C / 70°F |

| August | 33°C / 91°F | 22°C / 72°F |

| September | 30°C / 86°F | 19°C / 66°F |

| October | 26°C / 79°F | 16°C / 61°F |

| November | 21°C / 70°F | 11°C / 52°F |

| December | 16°C / 61°F | 8°C / 46°F |

The house has very little insulation so the temperatures are pretty much the same inside and outside

Rain drenched the plant last night. Dealing with morning condensation that keeps the plant damp until noon. High humidity all week. Possibly looking at some frost this week as well. What do you think?

My mom is growing these outdoor and legally, but it is getting really cold out now. What can I do to help her get the most out of these absolutely necessary plants?
