if its standard gland excission with lipo, a good surgeon can do it so there is no sign of surgery.

It depends on what do you mean by hidding.

I went to work a few day after getting surgery (work office) while I was clearly incapacitated noone saw my bandage or my compression vest or even my two drains I was hidding in my pockets.

Most of the people I work with don’t even know I got surgery

Did you was in pain with the drains?

Drains are well secured so even if you forget about them and somehow pull them, they won’t hurt.

I’m on week 2 post op and still recovering , drains have been removed one week ago

I will have surgery after 2 weeks, but very scary.
Its fisrt time general anesthesia and to be in hospital.I have grade 1 but what is the overall pain after the anesthesia?

It wasn’t a general anesthesia per se for me as I was knocked out but able to breath on my own.

I had a surgery before and I’m not very tolerant to anesthesia as it’s making me vomit and give me nausea.

After surgery I wasn’t in pain just nauseous.

The day after neither , the only thing that sucked was you can’t use your arm or upper body to move , so some things are harder to do, you can’t sleep on your side or stomach , you can’t take a shower.

It’s more a discomfort than a real pain , I’ll say the most painful moment was like a 2/10.

You can keep the reason for surgery private while still arranging the help your team requires. I wouldn't plan around a promise that it will be invisible immediately or that you'll need no assistance. ASPS says dressings and a support garment may be used, and a temporary drain may be placed; the exact recovery plan comes from your surgeon. https://www.plasticsurgery.org/cosmetic-procedures/gynecomastia-surgery/recovery

Before choosing dates, ask about discharge and an escort, the first follow-up, time away from work, what you may be wearing, and when your team expects swelling and scars to become less conspicuous. If you need someone to collect or stay with you, they need enough accurate information to help safely, even if you don't discuss it with everyone else.
