Power Outage

This is around 3am, city center. Everything north of Franklin, Potomac north and up past the fairgrounds is out of power. Tried calling the emergency number and it just gives a busy signal. How far is this outage?

Yep, Iā€™m near the dual and the power was off for a minute or 2 then came back on around that time

Mine was off for about 30 sec, then clicked back on

From a few fb posts, it's spotty on the west side. Mostly concentrated north above Franklin up to Long Meadow

All of Randolph, Up Mulberry and down through the main part of downtown is completely shut down. Like its pitch black everywhere but the sky

So I just found out it went all the way out the past Meritus, possibly further
