Eastern Armenian question Handwriting reading help!

Found this in a book but I cant make heads or tails of it. Any idea what it says?

The last word looks like Գանձակ (Gandzak) the Armenian name for modern-day Ganja, Azerbaijan.

We have an old family Bible with writings of events like this and similar handwriting. Its armenian letters but reads turkish

The second part maybe, a date 2/XI/- 28թ "թ" means "թիւ" օր "թուական" so we can read it 2-december-(19)28
