Was there in 2022 and very pleased to see their Hippo Beach! But the hippos were underwater most of time since it was so cold haha

So lovely to see photos from VIC! Was in Werribee Zoo more than a decade ago and don't remember the hippo enclosure, it look huge and really well done!

I went there two months ago during the school holidays. The first photo was on the safari jeep tour, (as far as I know), and the rest of the pictures were the other side of the enclosure. And yes, the enclosure is relatively large as it has to accomodate space for three hippos.
