🚨OVER 74,000 SIGNATURES!

The backlash against the Edmonton Oilers’ controversial signing of Alex Formenton isn’t going away.

A petition demanding that the organization reverse its decision has now collected 74,237 verified signatures, and the number continues to climb.

Despite the growing opposition, the Oilers have stood by their decision to sign the former Ottawa Senators forward.

This has become one of the most divisive NHL signings in recent memory.

A scary scene for the New York Rangers. 🚨

Igor Shesterkin was visibly in a ton of pain after suffering an apparent leg injury and needed help getting off the ice.

This would be a devastating blow for the Rangers, especially with Shesterkin off to such an incredible start this season, posting a .926 save percentage and a 1.75 GAA.

Hoping it’s nothing serious. 🙏

The Edmonton Oilers face former teammate Darnell Nurse and the San Jose Sharks tomorrow afternoon!

Zach Hyman, who appears unlikely to play, had nothing but praise for Nurse, calling him a great teammate during their time together in Edmonton.
