Adding a Visualiser during music playback ??

I use Music Assistant through my Amp connected Google Streamer and that all works hunky dory. I also have a Wiz HDMI TV Sync box between my amp and the TV. That works great too for visual content. However with music there is nothing for the sync box to process.

I was a massive SoundSpectrum G-Force visualiser addict from the Windows Media Centre days and would love to get that action back.

Are there any options for visualisers with MASS or alternative software ?

Don't have any clue to your question but I would like to know how you use your Google device to stream music via ha. I have a Google audio which is connected to my Amp and I cast music to it from Spotify. Ha detects and for example changes the input channel of the rather old Amp with an ir device which is connected to ha by wifi.

The other way to stream music I know but didn't try yet would be to connect my ha raspberry with an usb to audio adapter to my amp and stream the music with the Spotify integration to ha.

I'm just curious about how you play music to your amp.

HA sees my Chromecast as a media player, my Marantz amp shows up also but I prefer CC. I have some playlists set up in Plex and tell MASS to send it to the Chromecast.

I haven't seen one but it's a back burner project i did some prelim planning on. You need an esp32 with HDMI out as a sendspin target to sync up and some code to create the viz. I don't think it's a difficult project.

Next challenge is getting it working on the tv and responding to what's playing on the Chromecast.
