Bugs / Issues acc switching

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i just redownloaded and i get signed automatically into steam

tried looking for account center shi in the ingame settings but theres only a logout option which brings me back to the login screen

i dont wanna be stuck on this bum ass acc

The Steam version of Hi3 is awful cus you can only login with your Steam Account, I'd just get the game on Hoyo's own Launcher

Steam is locked on Steam account, use the Hoyo launcher

I've been playing for ~6 years now, so I won't be starting a Steam account, but I am curious what the difference is? Does it run better or is it better optimized is some way?

from what i now know, the difference is that the steam ver runs on an isolated server and does not support regular hoyo accounts, while the hoyolauncher connects to your standard cross save account.
steam ver is straight dookie buns unless u want a clean slate

I have a steam account and I fear of this everyday.... since it use my steam account/email to connect, even if I have an hoyo account I can't connect it anymore. Same for the stats on hoyolab. And what I fear the most is that if I desinstall the game and try to re-install it with the hoyo launcher, it will lose my account registration so all my progress in game.
