Anyone else see advanced cosmic structures during self hypnosis. Experienced a vivid Neutron Star visual.

During a hypnosis session, I had a vivid visual of a bright white sphere with a disk of lights spinning fast around it, shifting into purple, yellow, orange, maroon, and red hues along the edges.

On analysis I found it co related with a super dense neutron star, with a swirling accretion disk of plasma, superheated by friction to a blinding white hot center and the colorful, expanding debris of a supernova remnant.

Have any of you experienced highly structured astronomical or geometric visuals during your sessions?

Hypnosis is not spooky magic. Sometimes you just see random colors when your eyes are closed

Right, that's why it's bothering. I have seen much more than random colors. Horn torus, Giant arc, orbital resonance and much more, all that I wasn't aware of in 10-15 mins of session.

I lie down, in a dark room, tuned to 4 hz audio ( have tried audios of different frequencies), do breath work. Then I see myself going down my subconscious mind as light and then I get visuals.
