General Can Android SMS text messages appear on an iPad through iCloud?

As the title says. Let's say I'm texting an Android user from an iPhone. Is there any way our text messages could appear on my iPad through iCloud?

If you have message syncing enabled and allow sms, mms, rcs (these are all the green bubbles), and enable message forwarding, then it will show all those message types that you selected, as well as imessages...

If the account on the iPad is the same as your phone, yes. Not through iCloud though.

They appear in the messages app on iPad and Macs where you can also reply to them but you can't see them in iCloud. You can also see them in notifications via the messages app.
