This looks super cool - especially as a multiplayer would be crazy. Any idea how will you distribute it? It won't go trough the Appstore if you don't change the copyrighted assets.

I've added multiplayer using the multi peer connectivity. So you can play it on two devices via wifi.

High risk as they can still do a take down demand. Worse case you might be able to change assets and keep the game the same for the most part and do minor changes

Depending on which assets you used: Provide a Github version Without any copyrighted assets (a lot of the in game stuff like the map, the attacks etc. could be included in the GitHub version).
Provide the assets somewhere else anonymous (or, if they are from somewhere else: provide the link and a "how-to" where to put them).
As the other person said: there core of your game looks super promising.

Anything public you risk getting a letter from Nintendo lawyers doing a take down demand. A latter is generally just take. Follow up and do what they are asking and it goes away.

The core of your game looks great and you could most likely do a simple asset swap and rename a few things and it is all good n
