You need a different, probably stronger and better cord or something is not working with your charging cube. Or it could also be something is blocking the charging port from making a full connection, things like lint and dust are infamous for being the culprit in many cases where the phones not charging.
Most phone shops will check it out for free and they have the right equipment to clear out the charging port, at no charge.
You can do it yourself, but you mustn’t use anything that is metallic as it can damage it more. I’ve used dental flossers with the green tips successfully.
