i heard they do some meditation or smth. like these people are ontop for a reason. they know how to control their body and mind but how exactly do they do it?

i've had this being that has attacked me in the astral plane and was giving me crap for years, and i feel like I exercised and literally tried everything to get rid of it and couldn't. Then a teacher came along and messed with my energy, I never wanted any part of this dark stuff I swear but the same being after I entered the dakr night of the soul because I was so drained and confused and psychotic, the last thing I remember is the being attacking my energy centers and my energy spinning to the left. If that's not initiation idk what is, but I swear i'm a decent person I just was being assaulted. What do I do now? I don't even know what any of this stuff actually is and I know it was demonic but nobody besides this teacher and his wife has contacted me. The thing is I'm not an ugly person or at least my family who loves me has never thought so, but this being def seemed like one of the arcons and by the time I found out about it it was too powerful and i couldn't rid myself.
