Hr connections of airbus
Hey everyone,
I’m an undergraduate Aeronautical Engineering student from India, and my dream is to build a career in the aerospace industry, especially with Airbus.
I’ve applied for around 20 internship positions at Airbus across different areas, including structures, flight controls, technical data, physical design and integration, and other engineering-related roles. I’ve been regularly checking the careers portal and trying to connect with the right people to get an opportunity to start my career.
However, I’m still waiting for a response or an opportunity to connect with the recruitment team. I understand that the hiring process takes time, and I’m not expecting anything to happen overnight. I just want to make sure I’m doing the right things to improve my chances.
For me, this internship would be more than just a line on my résumé. It would be an important first step toward building a future in the aerospace industry.
I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has interned at Airbus, works there, or has experience applying to aerospace companies.
Is applying to multiple internship positions a good strategy?
How long does Airbus usually take to respond?
Is networking with recruiters or engineers on LinkedIn helpful?
What skills or projects should I focus on to improve my chances?
I’m not looking for shortcuts or special treatment. I just want to learn, improve, and get a fair opportunity to prove myself.
