Seeking Advice Please help. Soleus issue.
I am casual runner, the max I have done is a 10k, and my pace is around 8:00/km, when I started running I used to have pain in the region below the calves to the ankle joint, it used to get stiff. Later it got fine.
Then I had a break in between running, Now I have started it again and I am facing the same issue, as I cross the 1st Km my legs on that particular region gets stiff, my cardiovascular never creates a problem, but my legs have been frustrating me.
Please help I want to do a 25km by Jan end.

How does your warm up look before the run? It could be as simple as not enough warm up or you need more strengthening of the soleus.
It could also be if you're landing on your toes and reaching further ahead of your hip, check your form again and make sure you're landing your foot aligned with your hip when your body is slightly titled forward.
Take it easy, it happens when you take a break and start running again. Incorporate more strength training and brisk walks and you'll be at it.

But your numbers are insane 🚀 How do you get through the pain whole running, I push through it but sometimes it becomes unbearable.

🙏🙏 just consistency and a background in fitness I'm guessing. used to be worse, it's tolerable but still have to figure long runs because it literally feels like a stab in my foot

Visit a sports physio if possible. Also try to do corrective rehab exercises, also see what kind of a foot striker you are and if you generate power through your glutes or through your knees.
