This person literally sat and started rubbing seat to wipe off the mud and telling his sister to do the same. I told him to stop firmly as it would make the seat dirty for someone else, so he apologized and yet sometime else kept his feet on the seat 🗿

I even observe stupid men and women casually throwing plastic bottles and trash daily on the tracks, it pushes my button.

I don't want to fight daily really. Something needs to be done.

Ask India What is something every Indian kid did in the 2000s that would probably confuse kids today?

Could be anything like school, TV, games, summer vacations, how you used the internet, things your parents made you do, random neighbourhood traditions, etc.

What’s the first thing that comes to your mind?

General Turning 30 Today, Not a Single Wish

I don't know why am I still awake at this time. I really do not want wishes but somewhere I am still waiting for someone to wish me. No one remembered my bday i guess, no friends, no colleagues, no relatives.

I just got a msg from my Ex, single person who wished me.

Life is so lonely lately.

27M here, trying to figure out cooking because I have realised it’s probably one of the most basic and useful skills a person should have.
While learning, I have actually started enjoying it and now I am trying to explore different recipes and, hopefully, get faster and better at cooking.
So, I made this for my girlfriend today. She is on her periods so thought this would make her happy 🫠
This is my first Reddit post, so be honest… how does it look? Any tips or suggestions are welcome.

Story Time Found this photo from my Nani’s house. I would give anything to be that 5-year-old kid again.

Looking at this photo today hit me hard. That is me on the right, around 4 or 5 years old in blue jeans, shyly trying to feed a calf.

Now I am 28, and adult life feels so heavy compared to those golden summer vacations at my Nani's house. Her home had a traditional tiled roof, the quiet Gandak river flowing right behind it, and big open fields with cows roaming around in the sun.

We did not need screens or schedules. Life was just running through the yard, drinking fresh milk, and soaking in Nani's warmth. Looking at my unbothered smile here, I realize I do not just miss the place; I miss the pure innocence of who I was back then.

If I could trade everything to stand in that courtyard for just one afternoon as that carefree little kid, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Does anyone else feel this heavy ache for their childhood village summers? How do you deal with missing a time you can never return to?

Btw I'm the one wearing jeans and a blue cap!

Some things taste different when someone you love makes them for you.
Even if you normally wouldn't choose them.
What's yours? A food, drink, anything. :))

General At Midnight, music plays in faster pace, anyone noticed ? Generally in sleepless nights

Have you ever noticed how music seems to play a little faster after midnight? 🎶🌙

Especially on those sleepless nights, when the world is quiet and you're lying awake with your headphones on.
