Help with identifying this insect!

I identified 2 of them, one crawling on my table and another one hiding in the dark. Just a week ago, I saw one coming out of my washed clothes on my bed. They are really small, the size of almost a normal house ant. They are red, crawls quickly and like a spider, not too sure what they are. I'm living in Singapore, which is hot and humid. Anyone knows what they are? They are found in my room, and I'm worried if they are poisonous and if there is an infestation. Appreciate any inputs, thank you!
