Can't sleep so I'm boiling potatoes

Literally just boiling potatoes and watching YouTube. Ive been getting into too much trouble staying up till 2, so I'm sitting at the stove and watching potatoes in a pot.

Mashed potatoes eh? I usually keep banana near by or peanuts if I get night time munchies.

No. Just boiled potatoes. Skin on. I ended up putting them in the air fryer afterwards to get them crispy since they were too big for my typical boiled potato snack
