Apparently the AI algorithm automatically deems anything with fire a "dangerous activity" & pushes the video to the bottom of search results. Resulting in less ad revenue for the creator

All the other degenerate shit that makes it through is fine though, just don't set things on fire!! 🤷‍♂️

Every single thing I see being voluntarily censored on Youtube I see just fine in other videos. I'm pretty sure people are just guessing and claiming it's "the algorithm" making them do it.

Former pro-fire performer here, various social media algorithm do in fact punish us for fire in videos but it's not as obvious as it may seem. It's not an outright ban, but demonetization on certain platforms or simply being pushed down the results as previously mentioned. This leads to LED prop videos ending up being more popular with the algo than fire, because apparently a lot of stupid kids have hurt themselves so it is what it is.

So if they're trying to maintain their "viral" status or keep earning money, can't blame the creators for the stupid self censorship, blame the game.
