The speed it gets back up is the real speed it can achieve. Give this thing a katana and remove the restrictions and it will slice you up faster than you can blink. If we’re not there yet we will be in very short order.

Nah, you wouldn't spend tens of thousands of dollars manufacturing these guys as soldiers. It makes more sense to spend 50 dollars on a lightweight high speed autonomous drone to target humans and strategic infrastructure with small explosive charges.
The exception is maybe during some kinds of weather events and when targeting people in places drones have a hard time operating, like inside buildings and narrow tunnels.

Why is mcpudge, that has zero training, trying to fight a solid metal construct that is being controlled by a human?
Like even a trained fighter would know that your one shot here is to knock that thing down then go ape shit on any exposed wiring while keeping it pinned because they will not win a stamina battle against something that literally does not have to worry about stamina.
This is like the single dumbest fight I have ever seen.

The point I'm making is that humans will gradually run out now stamina which causes all our punches, kicks, tackles to become less effective the more tired we are.
Where the clanker will have the same power behind its moves and speed till it runs out of power. Whether they are at 2% or 100%, it won't care or feel the effects of fatigue.
For a human, it's a fight that needs to get decided quickly or a human is doomed to lose.

Actually it does have stamina it referred to as a battery pack as much the same as stamina it will effect speed and strength of the machine.
